Not that there was ever much doubt, a top-ranking Samsung official has now officially disclosed Galaxy S3 as the name of the company’s upcoming flagship smartie.

Earlier in the meeting Yi said the handset will it the company’s "most successful smartphone ever”, which one can hardly contest considering the phone-maker just posted its most profitable quarter yet thanks to the Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note.

With a staggering ten million pre-orders placed already, the Galaxy S3 is already on course to make it even bigger second quarter for the South Korean giant.
