Samsung Galaxy S3 sapphire black

Virgin Media broadband subscribers can now pick up the Samsung Galaxy S3 for a reduced price, as part of a time-limited offer.

For an unspecified period, Virgin Media broadband and TV customers who sign up for the 16GB blue edition of the S3 on the Starter, Essential and Premiere through Virgin’s mobile phone division will pay £19 for the handset – down from £99.

Virgin has also trimmed £5 per month off the monthly contract price across those tariffs, spelling an extra saving of £120 over the course of a two-year contract.

Now four months old, in which time it’s racked up 20 million or sales, the S3’s spec sheet takes in a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD screen and the Siri-alike app, S-Voice, which allows you to check the weather, turn on your phone, open apps and take photos with voice commands.

The phone is also home to an eight megapixel camera, a secondary front-facing snapper for video calls and a beefy quad-core processor.
