The BlackBerry Q10 finally coming to the UK, as it officially goes on pre-order on Vodafone.

BlackBerry’s latest smartphone rocking a physical QWERTY keyboard is now available to reserve in black and white colourways with Vodafone’s on Red Data pay monthly tariffs from £37 per month on a two-year plan.

This gets you a free handset (for a limited time only), along with monthly allowances of unlimited calls, texts and 1GB of mobile internet.

In terms of specs, the Q10 is equipped with a 3.1-inch Super AMOLED display with an impressive 330 ppi density, a 1.5GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 processor and an eight-megapixel rear camera that shoots videos at full HD.

Elsewhere, it features a front-facing two-megapixel camera for making HD video calls via the all-new BlackBerry Messenger, 16GB of on board storage (expandable via microSD), 4G LTE support and all the standard connectivity options (think: Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, et al).

The Q10 is also powered by the revamped, reimagined BlackBerry 10 operating system, which brings a whole host of improvements and new features.

Among the highlights is the BlackBerry Hub, which is a unified, easy-to-access screen that stores all your notifications and missives, BlackBerry Balance, which keeps your work and personal data separate to ensure privacy and security and an all-round improved user interface that’s more intuitive and user-friendly than before.

Of course, because the Q10 offers 4G out of the box, it’s ready to work on Vodafone’s LTE network when it launches later this year.

Keep ‘em peeled as we bring you more BlackBerry Q10 news and announcements in the weeks to come.
