The newest flagship smartphone from Nokia – the Lumia 925 – is now available for pre-order at Vodafone and Three as we count down to the highly anticipated debut later this month.

Vodafone is currently taking reservations for the Lumia 925 on its Red L price plan, which gets you a free handset alongside unlimited minutes and texts and 2GB of data for £34 per month on a two-year contract.

Additionally, the Red network is exclusively ranging the 32GB version of the handset in black.

Three is also offering the Lumia 925 for free on its most popular pay monthly tariffs: the Ultimate Internet 500 and The One Plan for £35 and £37 respectively on two-year terms.

Both plans feature all-you-can-eat data and 5,000 texts. For minutes, you’re looking at 500 on the Ultimate Internet 500, while The One Plan is more kindly loaded with 2,000 minutes and 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes.

To incentivise pre-orders placed by 20th June, Three is also throwing in a free wireless charging stand and cover for the handset worth £95.

Powered by the latest Windows Phone 8 operating system, the Lumia 925 brings a 4.5-inch ClearBlack AMOLED screen, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and an 8.7-megapixel PureView camera with optical image stabilisation, dual LED flash and 1080p HD video recording skills.

There’s also a front-facing 1.2-megapixel wide-angle camera for video calls, selfies and whathaveyou, 16GB of on board storage (plus 7GB of free cloud storage on SkyDrive) and a host of Nokia’s best apps pre-installed.

These include the all-new Nokia Smart Camera app featuring various shooting modes, integrated routing and navigation from HERE Maps and HERE Drive+ and unlimited streaming of free playlists courtesy of Nokia Music.
