TalkTalk has cut the cost of a selection of smartphones, starting at a shade over £1 per month.

Under the terms of the promo, TalkTalk broadband customers can get the Huawei Ascend Y210 for £1.25 per month for six months and £5 per month for the rest of the 24-month contract term.

The higher specc’d Huawei Ascend G 510 or Sony Xperia U are up for grabs for £2.50 for 6 months, and £10 per month thereafter when TalkTalk subscribers sign up online on a two-year contract.

All three phone contracts offer monthly allowances of 100 anytime, any-network minutes and 250 texts, along with 200MB of data.

TalkTalk’s time-limited offer expires on August 6th.
