Thought the search for fresh iPhone 6 rumours had reached overdrive? Think again. Because today things just hit a whole new level after pics leaked showing schematics and even manufacturing die for the forthcoming device.
Believed to have been papped at one of key Apple manufacturer Foxconn’s factories, the drawings show plans for the chassis of the handset.
The manufacturing die images give little away, simply showing plans for an oblong device.
Much has been made of other leaked images from China’s Weibo social media service, showing off the iPhone 6’s metal design and slimline, iPad mini–style frame.
While these new shots don’t tell us too much, they do show that we can expect the rumour mill to become utterly relentless as autumn approaches and the iPhone 6 launch nears.
Apple is expected to reveal two versions, one model with a 4.7–inch screen and another with a larger, 5.5–inch display.
