Samsung has showcased a social-focussed addition to Galaxy family, as the gadget-maker continues with its time-honoured policy of servicing every possible niche in the smartphone market.
Dubbed the Galaxy Ace Style and aimed at a youthful market, the handset's major M.O is that it makes it quick and easy to share content over Twitter and via instant messaging.
For that reason, ChatOn comes pre-installed and there’s a rear-mounted, five-megapixel snapper with advanced autofocus and secondary front-facing VGA camera for documenting your days.
Social smarts aside, the phone’s feature set also takes in Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, but with a snazzy, albeit simplified, skin over the top that’s designed to appeal to teens and be easy to use.
A 1.2GHz dual core processor is on board too, as is 4GB of internal storage with the option to boost this by a further 64GB by adding a microSD card and a 1500 mAh battery.
Samsung has yet to announce pricing. But has confirmed that the Galaxy Ace Style will drop in white and grey colour options in April.
