Broadband delights from Tiscali

21 September 2005

Internet service provider (ISP) Tiscali has released its new one and two megabyte-per-second (Mb) broadband services, it has announced.

The European broadband provider is launching a 1Mb unlimited broadband product for £14.99, and a 2Mb unlimited broadband product for £17.99.

Steve Horley, managing director of products and marketing at Tiscali UK, said: "Our aim is always to offer the most competitive product choice in the market, and we like to make life a simple as possible for our customer, so a choice of two unlimited packages makes sense."

Tiscali already offers a range of attractive deals, and the new packages will fit in well with Tiscali's broadband + telephone bundles, including 1Mb + Anytime calls for £19.99 and 2Mb + Anytime calls for £21.99.

Some estimates say that by using Tiscali, consumers can save £138 a year on BT Yahoo's 2Mb bundle, the closest competitor.
