With broadband provider Biscit announcing that it was going into administration recently, Supanet are attempting to convince Biscit's customers to join them for a newly reduced tariff.
According to internet news website, the Register, Biscit's current customers have been left very much in the dark by the broadband provider with customer refund cheque's bouncing and little response from the customer service helpline.
Supanet is therefore attempting to coax the disillusioned subscribers over by promising a fast, free migration from the consumers' previous broadband provider, as well as offering webmail, SMS services and a comprehensive online help service.
David Hankinson, Sales Manager for Supanet, said: "For people who are having trouble with their internet service provider then this offer could provide an ideal time to change broadband provider.
"For £13.99 [per month], customers will receive our unlimited broadband connection and for just £1 a month extra we'll throw in free phone calls as well."
Marketing Manager, Andrew Barton, added: "Supanet has worked hard to create several great offers suitable for all internet users. With so many options available it is important we offer the best possible broadband deals and I think these deals achieve that."
