Broadband provider freedom2surf is offering its customers a 500 minutes free-to-use talktime bonus to entice new subscribers.
The free talktime will only apply to national rate or local calls, depending on which option the customer chooses and is offered along with up to 8MB broadband for 13.99 per month.
Freedom2surf's bundled offer is the latest in a long line of providers which are trying to attract new consumers by offering deals where more than one telecommunications service is offered together.
Not only does this reduce the costs for them, consumers can also save significant amounts of cash by taking out a number of services with one provider.
Other bundled packages from freedom2surf which include home phone and broadband services include a freedom2talk 3000 service, which offers users 3,000 minutes of talktime at a top-up rate of 4.99 per month.
Andy Slater, Director of Products and Marketing at freedom2surf, told net4now.com he believed that keeping bundled packages simple and good value for money was the secret to a good service.
"Our customers just have to select the talk service in the secure online members' area or make one call to our customer service team and we'll handle the rest.
"And, the deal isn't just available for a limited period or to new customers - all of our customers can benefit from freedom2talk, each and every month from now on," he added.
Freedom2surf is a trading name of Pipex and was launched back in 1997.
