A majority of Britons have lost their temper due to problems with their broadband connection, a new survey from provider O2 has revealed.
According to the research, 56% admitted to becoming angry with their computers due to slow or faulty broadband service.
What's more, 20% said that they found it hard to contact customer service at their broadband provider - and another 20% said that they needed to contact their provider at least three times in order to fix problems.
The poll also found that fiery Cardiff residents were the most likely to get angry with their broadband service.
For their part, broadband users in Bristol were found to be the most dissatisfied with their provider overall.
O2's survey was conducted for them by researchers Tickbox - and quizzed 1,500 British broadband users about their connections.
