25 June 2008

New motoring news may be available to consumers thanks to fresh capabilities launched by Dennis Publishing. Content to be included as part of iMotor consists of television content, reviews and other articles, reports the Guardian. Such digital solutions are set to be marketed towards about 1.5 million existing readers that the publication has and might be good news for those with broadband. News and Features Editor at Auto Express Mat Watson will take up editorial duties on the new offering. He commented: "Our readers will be kept bang up to date and entertained every fortnight, free to their inboxes." The company is "thrilled" to be making such a departure, he said, adding that the additions will be a good supplement to current facilities. Dennis Publishing says that it is one of the biggest such independent firms in the world and was established in 1974. Other titles in its roster include Maxim and Viz.
