The provider will give anyone who changes their account £50 credit on their first bill, with the package coming with a range of great features.
At just £6.49 a month, the myTalkTalk Essentials phone and broadband package offers customers a connection of up to 8MG with a 40GB download limit.
Furthermore, it also comes with a free wireless router and technical support team, which Tiscali customers would currently pay between 5p and 10p a minute for.
Local daytime calls will also be free, which will come into effect on May 1st.
In recent weeks, TalkTalk claimed to be the first phone company to offer free local calls between its customers, unlike other networks which only give free evening and weekend calls.
From June 2nd, customers will also be able to benefit from free calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers.
