A unique digital music service is soon to be made available to Virgin Media customers, who will be able to download and stream as many tracks as they want.
Any of its broadband customers will have access to the service, which is available in return for a monthly subscription fee.
"In terms of both convenience and value, our new music service will be superior to anything that's available online today and provides a fair deal for both consumers and artists," said Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Media Neil Berkett.
The service has been made possible through collaboration with Universal Music, which is giving access to its entire catalogue.
Earlier this year, Virgin Media announced it was to offer enhanced email service to its home broadband customers through a partnership with Google.
