LG launches new social networking handsets
The LG GW520 and LG GT505 give access to updates from the websites, while allowing people to access both their personal and business emails when they are not near a computer.
"[Consumers] want the kind of messaging and social networking features previously the preserve of high-end handsets on a wide range of models, and that is what LG is offering," said Jeremy Newing, Head of Marketing at LG Mobile UK.
The handsets are said to be easy to use and enable users of social networking sites to update their statuses and access their personal pages.

LG recently signed a deal with Channel 4 to launch a marketing campaign which is to be debuted this summer.
