Halifax has moved to end its zero transfer offer on its credit card, falling in line with a number of other providers.
The high street ender said it would end the offer, instead introducing a two per cent charge on balance transfers for those using its Halifax One card.
A limit of £50 will be imposed n the transfers, which echoes similar moves across the market.
Internet bank Egg and Barclaycard are among those to draw similar schemes to a close in recent months.
