Fresh chip and pin facilities are to be introduced at a petrol station in the Chippenham area to help improve services for motorists, something that may of interest to those with credit cards.
The Pay at Pump facilities at Morrisons will allow drivers to make transactions without queuing up and wasting time, officials claimed, as reported by the Gazette & Herald.
Moreover, services normally reserved for those who pay instore, such as Morrisons Miles, will be available via these means.
Store General Manager at the supermarket Rob Simms stated that the new technology is good news for shoppers.
"Our new Pay at Pump technology will speed up your stop and means you don't need to leave your car unattended," he commented.
And the kiosk payment option is still in hand for those who choose to pay this way instead, Ms Simms added.
Recently, an investigation was launched after criminals managed to obtain credit card details of those using a petrol station in Loughton, Essex.
