Alliance & Leicester is reminding savers they have less than a week left to benefit from its £100 incentive to switch to its current account.
By making the change, the provider believes people can do away with their poor-performing existing accounts in favour of something with greater rewards.
Andy Bayes, Head of Current Accounts at Alliance & Leicester, comments: "This great deal is going to be withdrawn on April 2nd, so if you haven't switched accounts recently, now is a good time to do so to make sure you get a better deal, and pocket £100 into the bargain."
He adds that money is not easy to come by at the moment, with the new deal being a win-win situation for those who choose to make the switch.
Earlier this month, Alliance & Leicester announced that Britons were changing their spending habits in a bid to make savings.
