Viewers of Tiscali's internet TV service will soon get an added bonus as extra channels including Sky One, Sky Two and Sky News look set to hit their screens this summer.
The news comes as BSkyB sign a deal with the broadband provider to allow some of its most popular channels to be added alongside Tiscali's existing subscription movies and sports channels.
Tiscali's 1.7 billion broadband users will soon be able to watch hit programmes including Lost, Prison Break and 24.
Commenting on the move, Mary Turner, Chief Executive of Tiscali UK said: "I am very pleased to announce our deal with Sky for the provision of its channels on the Tiscali TV service.
"The content is of the highest quality and means that Tiscali TV customers have even more viewing content to choose from."
The new agreement follows a bitter dispute between BSky B and Virgin Media after the former pulled its basic channels from the latter's service in February.
Many industry commentators will be watching to see whether this new deal will cause many unsatisfied Virgin Media customers to defect to Tiscali.
