Powergen has embarked on a customer care drive this week and will visit towns and cities in the UK in an effort to deal with any complaints and queries.
The road show, which began on August 28th and will end on October 13th, will make Powergen Customer Care Advisors available to the public.
Those visiting the road show around the UK will also be able to find out about the company's new £100 million Caring Energy scheme, which offers support for vulnerable customers by helping them to cut bills.
Paul Elliott, Powergen customer service director, said: "The road shows form part of Powergen's ongoing commitment to improving the service we provide to customers - a commitment that has led to a 75% reduction in complaints to energywatch over the last year.
"The energy supply industry has evolved into one which no longer has face-to-face interaction with its existing customers. We're keen to find out whether some customers prefer to deal with us in person and to see if this can help us further improve the high rate of problem resolution that we're now achieving."
