Energy group Scottish Power has announced that it will be updating its online arm to offer an even better service to customers.
The group will be renovating its web presence in order to focus its attention on domestic customers, as well as small and large businesses.
Nicola Morrison, Online Manager at Scottish Power, identified how in recent years consumers were becoming increasingly savvy as to how they could make energy saving measures in their homes.
"We're experiencing increased traffic for information relating to how best to reduce bills through energy saving measures, and many more customers are now managing their energy accounts online," she told Precision Marketing.
She added: "We've updated our online presence to meet the demands of our users and to stand out in a crowded market."
Consumers are set to receive emails about the new site and to be directed towards information on how they could adopt energy-saving measures.
