One of Europe's leading independent communications retailers Carphone Warehouse has today bolstered the market standing of its home telephone operations arm.
The Carphone Warehouse currently provides both fixed line and mobile services to over three million customers in ten European markets under the Carphone Warehouse and Phone House brands.
This new deal will see the group implement Intec's advanced award-winning billing solution, Singl.eView.
The company has said it hopes the deal will help increase customer numbers and help challenge the more established home phone suppliers such as BT.
A spokesperson described the system as "a true tier-one billing solution", adding that it will help put Carphone Warehouse in the same league as well-known fixed and mobile network operators.
