Onetel, a leading UK phone company, has launched a new telephone line rental service, which could reduce customers' phone bills.
Customers will benefit from a dedicated account team, 24 hour access to their account online and online billing via Onetel's virtual customer service centre.
The ability to offer line rental is an important step in the creation of a level playing field in the telecoms industry, and will allow Onetel to provide a broader range of services.
Among the packages on offer is an internet and landline bundle of 25 hours of inclusive UK landline calls with unlimited and uncapped broadband.
Onetel recently strengthened its position in telecoms market with the acquisition of Telco Global, a provider of low cost fixed, mobile and internet solutions to the residential and business markets.
