Van insurance launched by Tesco
Further to this a courtesy van is provided should the vehicle breakdown, repairs, locks and keys are all covered, as well as legal requirements.
Managing Director of Insurance at Tesco Bank, Julie Hopes, said: "We understand that commercial vans are an essential part of the smooth running of many businesses, particularly for those van drivers who are self-employed."
Anyone who uses their van as a tradesman can add appropriate cover to the policy in order to take account for tools and equipment being transported in it.
Clubcard customers have the added benefit of being able to take a payment holiday up to twice a year on the cost of the premium.
