Changes are to be made to some price plans at T-Mobile as the firm attempts to offer improved services to consumers. The organisation said that it will alter the Combi and Solo £30 deals, which it claimed will bring it more in line with other service providers. T-Mobile stated that the development was happening because come customers had raised concerns over their tariffs and the prices they were paying. Chief Executive of the outfit in the UK Jim Hyde asserted that this will look to simplify matters and clarify certain deals. "The launch of T-Mobile's minute guarantee cuts through all this noise and offers customers the confidence that they won't find more minutes at £30," he commented. He added that research has proven confusion is seen due to the overall jumble of offers that are available on the high street. Founded in Germany, T-Mobile now has operations in a number of countries. In the UK it used to be known as One 2 One.
