Apple set to launch new iPhone

A new iPhone is set to be launched in the UK by Apple later this week and will come with a variety of additional features. 

The iPhone 3G S will be unveiled on June 19th and is believed to benefit from improved speed and performance, along with a range of other unique aspects. 

Speaking of the launch, Schiller, Apple's Senior Vice-President of WorldWide Product Marketing, revealed: "iPhone 3G S is the fastest, most powerful iPhone yet and we think people will love the incredible new features including autofocus camera, video recording and the freedom of voice control." 

More than 50,000 applications can be accessed through the device and it also comes complete with a built-in compass. Looking for a new mobile phone? 

Earlier this month, Apple launched additions to its MacBook Pro line, including 13, 15 and 17-inch models.
