Vodafone has launched a new plug-in box to enable mobile phone users to get a better signal when using their handsets at home.
Said to be quick and easy to install, the Vodafone Access Gateway service is the first of its kind in Europe and aims to provide more reliable 3G coverage indoors.
Commenting on the product, Shepherd, Consumer Director at Vodafone UK, said: "The Vodafone Access Gateway will boost indoor mobile phone coverage for customers who today, find they need to move around the rooms in their home to get consistent signal strength."
The device can support up to four calls at the same time and plugs straight into a home broadband line.
Vodafone recently launched a shared site with O2 after the two networks agreed to share infrastructure in the UK.
