Secured personal loans are the key to affording life's little luxuries, leading financial experts have said.
According to a new 'Lifestyle Barometer', Britons are growing ever more in favour of spoiling themselves to the occasional expensive treat but many are still not exploiting loans to help easily finance their purchases.
Short trips abroad, sparkling pieces of jewellery and new clothes are all having more money spent on them and experts are advising that these things can be far more easily afforded through personal loan solutions.
Jan Kidacki, general manager, marketing and strategy at Lexus said: "Britain's luxury tastes are more subtle than we're sometimes led to believe. We have a love of quality, but we seek subtle pleasures over the more brash and obvious alternatives.
"Some of these choices seem to reflect a need for space and time to get away from the pressures of everyday life."
