BT has signed a deal with Disney-ABC to distribute their programmes on its new BT Vision service, it has been announced.

The deal will permit BT Vision subscribers to access hit ABC Network shows including Lost, Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, Scrub's, Grey's Anatomy, Ghost Whisperer and Alias.

Some 650 episodes will be available in all on an on-demand basis with viewers able to access the content on a pay-per-view basis or to opt for unlimited access as part of the monthly subscription to the £6 TV Pack or the £14 Value Pack, thinkbroadband.com reports.

Dan Marks, BT Vision’s chief executive, said: "We are continuing to develop the quality and quantity of BT Vision’s programming offering and we are very pleased to bring Disney-ABC International Television’s outstanding TV series to our customers for the first time.

"So many of these series, such as Lost and Desperate Housewives, continue to catch the imagination of viewers and media alike and now all these series will be available to BT Vision customers whenever they want to see them."
