An emergency broadband service has been set-up in London and south-east England, restoring web and email access businesses which lose their connection.
Trust Networks claims its engineers will be on call to provide offices who have a mobile phone signal with broadband within 24 hours of a call for help.
The firm promises a fast and secure wireless broadband connection in times of need.
It is thought the service will be of particular use to businesses which have recently moved and are waiting for the resolving of internet-related issues.
One customer, Nicholas Archer of Gyoury Self Partnership, commented: "This service is a must for any company that is serious about protecting their business and customers when your usual broadband access fails.
"Their unique service saved our business an immense amount of both time and money."
Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, Trust Networks has signalled its intentions to expand its operations nationwide.
