The latest figures suggest more Brits are switching their broadband providers in a cost-saving exercise.
According to newly-released data from Froggybank, broadband subscription switchers went up to 8.5 per cent during the quarter between May and July 2008.
Further statistics showed that consumers are increasingly taking advantage of the savings available from broadband bundles, with 7.5 per cent more consumers buying their broadband, TV and phone from the same company compared to the corresponding period in 2008.
Nadeem Azam, Froggybank marketing manager, commented: "At froggybank.co.uk we are expecting to see this kind of switching continuing in the months to come. The big winners will be the firms that realise this and offer the best bundle and pay as you go deals."
Froggybank quizzed over 500,000 UK consumers in undertaking its survey.
