PC Pro has revealed the winner of its Best Broadband ISP award, with Zen Internet coming out at the top of the pile.

Choosing their number one provider based on customer feedback, Zen produced a clean sweep in all categories, including 'customer support', 'reliability' and 'recommended?'.

A broadband provider which warranted a special mention was O2, who also performed well across the board.

PC Pro announced: "Although most people choose it due to those highly attractive deals – and it topped our charts for value for money - it backs this up with excellent customer support and strong reliability figures too."

An impressive 95 per cent of customers said that they would recommend the service to a friend.

O2 also took the honours in the Best Customer Satisfaction and Fastest Broadband categories in the recent Top 10 Broadband awards.
