O2 news

Broadband users have been presented with a new reason to sign up with O2 in 2009 - the provider is giving away three months' free connection.

Those putting their name to one-year Premium or Pro contracts will be rewarded with free high-speed internet surfing for a quarter of a year.

That means existing O2 customers can make savings of over £66 by opting for the Pro package and in excess of £44 with the Premium offer.

"O2 offers fantastic value - especially for existing customers," said Broadband Choices Product Director Michael Phillips, assessing the deal.

He continued: "A 20Mb broadband service for less than £10 a month is already a great offer, but with three months free on top, it will definitely prove hard to beat."

Anyone on the look out for a new broadband package is reminded that the offer runs until the end of the month (January 31st).
