Companies which rely on broadband in the day-to-day running of their business have help at hand with the launch of Supanet Business Broadband.
The new service aims to lend assistance to small-to-medium enterprises offering speeds of up to 8Mb through what the provider says is a "dependable" connection.
Firms will be charged £20 per month for a standard package and £30 for a deal which features uncapped usage.
Supanet Business brand manager, John Chyriwsky, said in a statement: "For any company unplanned downtime is distressing enough, but without the resources of larger corporations, for small to medium sized businesses, it can be catastrophic.
"That's why we give a full care package free with most of our products to minimise the effects of an outage."
Supanet, one of the longest-running UK ISPs, says that a full technical support guarantee means that problems will be responded to within four hours and hopefully resolved within 20.
