IDNet says it is "humbled" by its recent success in's UK Broadband Survey on Customer Service.

The ISP was named top of the Niche ISP Category by the broadband comparison site after winning the approval of subscribers.

Commenting on the achievement, IDNet director, Simon Davies, explained that his company has a focus on delivering quality customer support.

He said: "We are humbled that our customers have rated us so highly. We fully appreciate that there are plenty of cheaper ISPs to choose from.

"We put all our energy into striving to provide a high quality service and, by delivering that, we can offer our customers better value-for-money than our price-driven competitors."

O2 walked away with the honours in the category of large ISPs, with Be Unlimited and PlusNet grabbing sliver and bronze respectively.
