High-speed broadband provider TitanADSL has unveiled a 24Mb internet package for UK customers.

Alongside two other unbundled broadband companies, the firm will offer the plan, which boasts no blocked ports, throttling or exit fees on one-month rolling contracts.

Existing customers will be able to remain on TitanADSL's current Entanet platform if they do not wish to upgrade to the £22 per month deal.

The group explained: "For the past few weeks we have [chosen] a selection of customers to participate in trials of our new unlimited broadband plans.

"All participants have all had [a] positive impact in terms of performance and usage allowance."

TitanADSL added that the service also caters for those subscribers unable to receive unlimited usage packages with a set of fixed-capped connections.

Elsewhere, the provider Eutelsat Communications has launched a satellite broadband service specifically aimed at providing speeds of up to 2Mb to customers based in rural areas.
