Just one month after relaunching its website, Be Broadband has acknowledged the "overwhelming response" that the new design has elicited from its users.

On its blog this week, the broadband provider admitted that it had received a large amount of feedback from people who think the colours of the new design bright.

Some people complained about the fonts used by the new site and its layout, while yet others are already keen for another change.

Thusly, Be Broadband has called in its customers to provide further feedback on changes that it could make to address issues with the design of the web portal.

"It's been an interesting time for us at Be, so sorry if it's taken us some time to re-group and get back to you on this," the internet service provider noted.

"We appreciate your constructive criticism and we stand by our belief that Be is for and about our members. Stay tuned for more info soon."

Prior to the new site design, which went live in July and aimed to provide a web 2.0-compatible experience, Be had been using the same portal since its launch in 2005.
