Virgin Media has launched a new limited period special offer for consumers looking for broadband and other services

The fibre-optic broadband provider has announced a new triple play bundle, which enables subscribers to take advantage of its large broadband and TV services of up to 100Mb and over 100 channels respectively, as well as its medium phone package.

New customers joining Virgin Media are now being offered two months free on the package, along with free installation and £20 off the first monthly £24 bill.

The free broadband installation and £20 additional saving is only available on the bundle when it is ordered online.

Virgin Media recently enhanced its cabling between the UK mainland and Ireland, with the 40Gb solution forming part of its plans to roll-out super-fast broadband across the Emerald Isle.

The 238km link from Lytham St Anne's to Dublin was deployed by Nortel and enhanced the existing 10Gb solution.
