Campanile Hotels has revealed it is now offering all of its customers access to free wireless (Wi-Fi ) broadband services.
According to Breaking Travel News, the hotel chain has announced that, from the start of this month, anyone staying in its establishments will be able to check emails or browse the web for free.
David Anderson, Campanile's director of UK operations for northern Europe, said trials of the service had been very successful, causing internet usage in its hotels to quadruple.
He added: "Campanile's free Wi-Fi takes away the cost so guests can relax, catch-up on emails and surf the internet without fear of running up a costly bill."
Earlier this year, BT announced that its Openzone Wi-Fi service is now available at a range of major campsites and holiday parks across the UK.
Camping and Caravanning Club sites including Nairn, Oban, Scone and Skye are now benefitting from access to the wireless network.
