New and existing iPhone users now have the opportunity to access free home broadband, courtesy of O2.
The internet service provider has announced its new iPhone Total Connectivity Bolt On package, which offers the standard O2 Home Broadband package without charge for customers purchasing the iPhone internet tethering.
Pay monthly iPhone customers who buy the discounted £9.79 per month 3GB bolt on during the remainder of 2009 can "stay totally connected and get the best connection possible", the firm says.
The package will be compatible with all versions of the Apple iPhone 3G,
Peter Rampling, Head of Consumer Mobile at O2, described the package as "a brilliant deal" for people who want tethering and home internet.
"Effectively you get both for just £9.79 a month. Total Connectivity means our customers will always be connected, at home and on the move."
Today marks the UK launch of the Orange iPhone range, with the firm claiming 250,000 pre-subscriptions.
