Digital TV and broadband provider Sky has announced that LivePerson has been named its online business partner of the year.
The company, which is a provider of online engagement solutions, was presented with the award during the internet service provider's annual Shine Sky Awards ceremony in Wales this month.
Sky's online services have been boosted thanks to LivePerson, which has helped the company to maximise sales opportunities and improve its conversion rates.
John Orriss, Sky's Director of Customer Growth and Sales, said: "The LivePerson programme is key to our efforts to continually optimise customer journeys and online conversion and as such this award is well deserved."
He added that Sky was "pleased to recognise" the work of the company.
Last month, Sky confirmed that its broadband customer base in the UK grew to 2.3 million during the three months to September 30th.
Nearly two million are also taking its home phone services.
