East Yorkshire-based internet service provider (ISP) Karoo has announced plans to revamp its range of broadband packages.

The firm – the broadband brand of Kingston Communications – will also introduce several new broadband packages from Monday February 22nd, reports ISPreview.

Subscribers to Karoo Lite will see their usage allowance increase from 2GB to 5GB per month, while Karoo Mid 1 customers will see a boost from 10GB to 20GB.

The Hull-based ISP is also introducing a new Karoo Mid 2 broadband deal offering 30GB a month for £19.99 and Karoo Mid 3, which offers 50GB for a £24.99 subscription.

Businesses seeking unlimited overnight usage and 100GB usage allowance can gain access to Karoo Pro 1 for £29.99, while the new Karoo Pro 2 package offers unlimited overnight usage and 150GB for £34.99.

According to the news provider, each of Karoo's packages offers ADSL2+ download speeds of up to 24Mb and uploads of up to 1Mb.

Back in December, the broadband provider urged its customers to make the move to ADSL2+ broadband in order to benefit from a full range of web services.
