UK internet service provider (ISP) SmithMedia has launched a new broadband deal targeted at heavy internet users.

The BT-based broadband package offers download speeds of up to 24Mb, with a 100GB monthly usage allowance.

Targeted primarily at small businesses and entrepreneurs, the deal is priced at £29.99 per month and includes a free web domain and hosting.

According to ISPreview, the broadband provider has pledged to offer assistance to new subscribers wishing to take advantage of these functions to establish a website.

As with all SmithMedia broadband deals, consumers also benefit from 24/7 technical support, and freedom from port blocking and throttling.

Earlier this week, the ISP launched a new BT-based unlimited broadband deal for consumers unable to use its local loop unbundling services.
