Broadband provider BT has launched a competition which will see one lucky family in Halifax win free super-fast internet access for 18 months.
As part of its Superfamily scheme, the company is searching for a household that can demonstrate they regularly use the internet in their day-to-day lives.
BT is involving Halifax in the scheme as it is the next destination for its demonstration bus, which is set to showcase the benefits of fibre-optic broadband to local people and businesses.
John Anderson, Regional Director of BT, said the service can offer people "internet as they've never seen it before".
He added: "As online services advance and evolve, BT's fibre-based broadband will really make the difference in homes where competition is hotting up for internet access."
BT recently confirmed it has introduced super-fast broadband technology across a range of towns and cities in the UK, including Edinburgh, Caerphilly and Durham.
