Phone and broadband provider TalkTalk has agreed a sponsorship deal which will see it become a partner to the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's season of Family Concerts.

Under the terms of the agreement, all of the performances – which have been created to provide an introduction to classical music for children aged between four and ten – will be named the TalkTalk Family Concerts.

In addition, TalkTalk customers and employees will get access to comprehensive tickets packages and additional incentive schemes through the deal.

Tristia Clarke, Commercial Director of TalkTalk, said: "We are thrilled to be sponsoring this series of concerts by the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic.

"We have a great connection to the north-west and wanted to contribute to the musical enjoyment of our customers and employees in the area."

TalkTalk also recently revealed it has given its backing to a new unofficial World Cup anthem featuring both James Corden and Dizzee Rascal.
