Virgin Media's broadband TV deals look set for a boost after Katie Price agreed a deal to feature in new shows on the company's premium channels.

The model is set to begin a two-year, multi-million pound agreement with the company to star in a number of shows on Living and Bravo when her current contract with ITV runs out in November.

She is expected to feature in a reality show similar to past effort What Katie Did Next, as well as a new entertainment show.

Claudia Rosencrantz, Director of Television at Virgin Media Television, said she is confident the company and the star will make "some amazing, must-see TV together".

She added: "I've always loved and admired Katie as she has always combined her beauty with her very good brain and I'm thrilled to be working with her again."

Virgin Media recently announced that its XL TV subscribers can now access the Karaoke Channel for no extra cost.
