Post Office has revamped the range of broadband and phone deals it is offering to consumers in the UK.

The company has reintroduced the Homephone with Broadband Standard deal alongside the Homephone with Broadband Extra package, although it is yet to bring its standalone broadband deal back onto the market.

Homephone with Broadband Standard, which boasts up to 8Mb broadband, a 5GB download allowance and a free modem, is available for £20.95 per month including line rental.

In contrast, the Homephone with Broadband Extra deal is priced at £25.50 a month and includes line rental, a free wireless router, free enhanced security and unlimited monthly downloads.

Details about the broadband and phone offerings have come after Demon announced the launch of its Demon Game Pro package, which is designed to be ideal for serious online gamers.

The deal includes a free router, traffic prioritisation, a free static IP address, as well as 24-hour technical support.
