BT Business broadband has sweetened its product range with the launch of new packages aimed at small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

The new Office business broadband deal now offers super fast broadband of up to 20Mb and a 10GB per month usage limit, plus online billing and account management for £11 per month over a two-year contract. Online technical and customer support is included, as well as the option to add a wireless router for a one-off fee of £59.

BT’s higher end, new Advance Broadband bundle features a headline broadband connection speed of up to 20Mb, but adds a 50Mb usage allowance, a paper bill and online account management and a free wireless router.

Also included with the Advance package, which is priced £18 per month, is freephone 24/7 telephone support and 250 Wi-Fi minutes per month to enable subscribers to get online in participating coffee shops and other outlets across the UK.

Subscribers to both Advance and Office can upgrade facets of their packages for additional monthly fees. For an extra £4 per month, Office customers can add unlimited monthly downloads with the Office Unlimited optional add-on.

Those signed up with Advance, meanwhile, can add the Advanced Support option and get unlimited downloads, IT support via BT Tech Heads Enhance and an extra 250 Wi-Fi minutes per month.

Finally, completing the BT business broadband product refresh is a value phone and broadband product dubbed eSaver. Available solely when customers sign up online, the eSaver offers up to 20Mb broadband, a 10Gb usage limit per month and a phone line with 500 free monthly UK landline minutes for £8.88 per month, plus monthly line rental of £11.11.

As with the standard Office package, BT’s eSaver also provides online support and online bill and account management and the option to buy a wireless router for £59 charge.

All three products feature connection free of charge and payment by direct debit for convenience.
