O2 news

Leading internet service provider (ISP) O2 has added to the appeal of its home broadband services by extending a popular consumer offer.

Last month, the ISP offered three months free to new households signing up for three of its packages - The Basics, The All Rounder and The Works.

O2 has now decided to extend this money-saving offer for a further month, meaning consumers have until November 30th to take advantage of the promotion.

The deal may appeal to existing O2 mobile customers in particular, who qualify for an additional £5 loyalty discount.

New subscribers registering for The Basics can pay just £8 per month for broadband access, with home phone services available as a bolt-on for just £7.50.

This offer provides access to a 20GB usage allowance - ideal for those seeking basic browsing and email services.

And with no bill required until month four of new customers' contracts, significant savings can be made with O2 this autumn.
