A second internet service provider has announced plans to provide unrestricted broadband services to its customers over Christmas.

AAISP is to reward its subscribers by providing free internet services between December 25th and January 3rd.

The announcement came after Hull-based broadband provider KC – which operates Karoo – said it would offer free, unlimited downloads to its customer base.

However, by launching a ten-day offer AAISP has gone a step further than KC, whose promotion will only run over the Christmas weekend.

An AAISP statement read: "Once again, Christmas week (Dec 25th to Jan 3rd inclusive) is unmetered for broadband use (BT & Be Broadband lines), listed as a special Christmas rate on the usage stats."

The broadband provider also took the opportunity to warn consumers that there will be limited customer service support available during the festive period.
